Input Needed
This is going to be different from my typical blog post. It is a call for input. I am currently working on writing a beginner chapter book. The concept around this book is highlighting the talents and abilities of our learners instead of focusing on what they cannot do. We need to stop focusing on what learners cannot do and what skills they are missing, instead, we need to focus on the strengths and emphasize those skills to help them learn.
With that being said, I would love to hear from you all. I would love input from teachers, homeschoolers, guardians, aides, and more. You can share in the comment section or by email if you want more privacy. What am I looking for you to share? You can share with me the personal triumphs of your learner(s). You can share with me what strengths your learner has or what special interests they have. If you have a learner with a disability, let me know what their disability is, what they have accomplished, what they are good at, or what special talents they have. You are also welcome to share with me any stories funny, enlightening, or triumphant stories.
I cannot wait to hear all of your stories!
